How SiteBridge handles your information
SiteBridge is an embeddable AI personal shopper. This page explains the information used to run the widget, respond to contact requests, and understand how the product is used.
Privacy
When you use the widget, the natural-language query you submit and the
product catalog context needed to answer it are sent to SiteBridge's
intent endpoint. The service uses that information to return relevant
product matches; the widget also records first-party interaction
signals such as page views, scroll milestones, product-card hovers,
active-time (dwell), and embed or copy events through
/api/events.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so the SiteBridge team can reply. Contact messages are sent through our email delivery service. We do not sell these details or use them to build advertising profiles.
Event records may include the event name, page URL or path, site details supplied by the widget, product identifiers, and an anonymous session identifier. We use this information to operate the widget, troubleshoot it, measure product usage, and improve the experience. Access is limited to the services and people who need it for those purposes, and records are retained only as long as they are useful for those purposes or as needed to handle a support request.
Cookies and analytics
The consent banner stores your choice in local storage under
sb_consent. The widget uses the browser's session storage
for an anonymous visit identifier such as sb_sid, and
SiteBridge marketing pages use sb_session_id for their
first-party event requests. These identifiers are used to group
signals from one browser session; they are not intended to identify you
by name.
SiteBridge also uses a Polsia analytics beacon. It stores a browser
identifier such as polsia_vid in local storage and sends
that identifier with a page-view beacon to Polsia so SiteBridge can
measure visits. The widget and event endpoint may also send the
interaction signals described above to SiteBridge and its service
providers.
You can choose Accept or Decline in the banner. Your choice persists in this browser, and the floating Cookies chip lets you reopen the banner or return to this page. The current banner records and remembers the choice; it does not itself disable the widget or event requests. You can also clear local and session storage or use your browser's privacy controls to remove these identifiers, though some SiteBridge features may then work without a remembered session or consent choice.
